Online Return Policy

ncocon.site gladly accepts online returns on full-priced items within 7 days of package arrival for a full refund, less shipping costs. All returned items must be in brand new condition with no alterations, odors (sweat, perfume, smoke, pets, etc.), and all tags must be attached and free of any defects. ncocon.site reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria. Final sale items listed cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

Once you receive your return label, please securely package the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send it back to the address received. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. ncocon.site is not responsible for items lost in transit, and any lost package claims must be made by you, the sender.

Refund Information

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited. It could take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
